This policy describes how Plately collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Plately is operated by the developer identified on our Google Play store listing. For privacy requests, use the contact email shown on that listing (or the contact details below if we publish them here).

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use Plately, we may process:

• Account and profile data. For example, email address and authentication details when you register or sign in (including through our authentication provider), and profile information you choose to provide (such as display name or biography).
• Content you create. Recipes, photos, meal plans, shopping lists, reviews, social interactions within the app, and similar content you submit to the Service.
• Photos and media. If you grant permission, images you select from your device’s photo library may be uploaded or processed to provide features such as recipe images or profile photos.
• Technical and usage data. When you use our API, our servers may log standard information such as request timestamps, approximate network information, and error diagnostics needed to operate and secure the Service.
• Optional integrations. If you connect third-party services (for example, sign-in with Google, or features that involve other platforms), we receive information as described by those services and this policy.

3. How we use information

We use the information above to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve Plately (including personalization of recipes and feeds).
• Authenticate users and protect account security.

• Communicate with you about the Service when appropriate (for example, support or important notices).
